This is an old revision of the document!
All people working in shared laboratory spaces need to follow these guidelines during the pandemic.
- Masks: Everyone must wear a face-mask that covers the mouth and nose while at work.
- Physical Distancing: Maintain a six foot distance from each other and avoid working in the lab when other people are present if at all possible.
- Hand washing: Wash your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds when you enter and leave the lab.
- Monitoring and reporting: Do not come to the lab if you have a fever or a new cough, trouble breathing, aches, or other unexplained changes in symptoms and consult a physician. If you have been directly exposed to someone with COVID-19 please do not come to the lab until you have been tested and are found to be negative for the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
