+The Zoology Department at UH M`anoa became the Biology Department (https://manoa.hawaii.edu/biology/) when it merged with the Biology Program in 2011. In 2019 the Biology, Botany (http://www.botany.hawaii.edu/), and Microbiology (https://microbiology.manoa.hawaii.edu/) departments merged into the School of Life Sciences within the College of Natural Sciences (http://natsci.manoa.hawaii.edu/). The Reed Lab participates in the Zoology Graduate Program (https://manoa.hawaii.edu/biology/graduate) and EECB (Ecology, Evolution, and Conservation Biology) Graduate Certificate Program (https://www.hawaii.edu/eecb/), which are distinct from the department merger.
